At FinCalcs, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by FinCalcs and how we use it.

1. Data Collection & Consent

We do not require any registration or account creation to use our core calculators. Calculations are processed purely client-side inside your browser using React state. No inputs, amounts, or financial estimates are ever transmitted to our servers or saved in our databases unless you explicitly log in and choose to save them to the cloud under your personal portfolio.

2. Cookies and URL Parameters

Our platform uses cookies and query-string URL parameters (e.g. `?p=25000&r=12`) to store calculator preset values temporarily so that you can reload the page or share the exact calculations link with others. We do not use these tracking systems to identify you personally or trade your profiles.

3. Third-Party Links & Ads

Unlike generic calculator sites, FinCalcs is **100% ad-free**. We do not integrate invasive third-party ad networks (like Google AdSense) that track your web behavior. There are zero broker affiliate banners or popups designed to bias your financial decisions.

4. Security of Data

The security of your personal data is important to us. If you sign up for an account, your credentials and saved calculations are fully encrypted using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocols.
